Should You Eat Fruit If You Want Six-Pack Abs?5 Comments
Howdy,
You might know that I’m a big beiever in cutting way back on sugar if you want a flat stomach or six-pack abs.
But what about fruit?
Can you still eat fruit or do you need to give it up?
Well I’m a big believer in eating fruit, even while you’re trying to get your stomach as flat as possible.
In fact, when I want to get super lean, I always increase my consumption of fruit.
But I brought in registered dietitian Jayson Hunter, author of the Carb Rotation Diet, to answer this question on fruits that should clear up any confusion.
Listen in on our short audio and enjoy.
Have a great day!

An Abs Workout Anyone Can Do6 Comments
An Abs Workout Anyone Can Do
Howdy,
A couple of weeks ago I sent out a survey and I received almost 800 responses!
Thank you!
A lot of you said you wanted quick workouts that you can do anywhere.
Well that’s my specialty.
If you’ve been following this blog, I’ve shown you many workouts like that.
But, I thought I’d give you another one you can try.
This one comes directly from my Bikini Abs Makeover program.
This is a workout call the 300.
The 300 means you’ll be doing 300 reps.
It does require one piece of equipment call the Jungle Gym, which you can purchase from LifeLine USA.
I highly recommend this piece of equipment as it will do wonders for your back, arms and abs.
You’re going to have 6 exercises and will be performing 25 reps of each exercise.
You’ll go through this 6 exercise circuit twice, with the goal being to get through the workout as quickly as possible.
If you’re new to exercise, feel free to scale back to 10-15 reps of each movement.
OK, here’s the circuit…
Bodyweight Rows – Narrow Grip x 25 reps (you’ll need the Jungle Gym for this)
Squats x 25 reps
Push Ups x 25 reps
Step Jumps x 25 reps (make sure you find an appropriate step height. If you can’t jump, just step up)
Grasshoppers x 25 reps total
Dips x 25 reps 2 rounds.
This circuit will get your abs, upper and lower body, plus your heart rate, so it’s a great full body metabolic resistance training workout.
You can watch a demonstration of the workout in the video below.
I would love for you to try it and let me know what you think.
Have an amazing day.

Just 3 more days – you can do it!
On a personal note, I am vacationing in Lake Tahoe currently.
I went hiking today and have a whitewater rafting trip planned for tomorrow.
It is beautiful here.
Have an amazing day.

50 Different Styles of Push Ups Revisited4 Comments
Howdy,
I just wanted to revisit these 2 push up videos I made awhile ago.
Combined, they contain 50 different styles of push ups that you can incorporate into your workouts.
I included several of these in the Bikini Abs Makeover Program
I often talk about workouts which includes push ups.
(Push ups are one of my favorite abs exercises if you haven’t figured it out by now).
Make sure you do different styles of push ups or your body will adapt to what you are doing.
You’ll need to consistanty challenge your body to continue to make progress.
Enjoy these push up variations.
It’s fun to revisit these videos.

30 Day Challenge – Day 221 Comment
We are approaching the final week of the 30 Day Challenge.
It sounds like some people are getting amazing results.
I’ve been working hard this week doing all of the calls for The Ultimate Body Fundraiser, interviewing 19 fitness experts in 4 days.
The calls have been nothing short of incredible so far as every guest has delivered.
Wednesday is our Six-Pack Abs call where I will be one of the special guests. : )
There is still time to donate if you want to listen in (plus you get access to the replays of all the other calls).
Have a great day.
