Performance Test for Thanksgiving Day Goals

Hey all - on Sunday I tested my performance in 4 categories:
1-mile run
Bear Crawl
Pull Ups
Push Ups
If you remember, my goals by Thanksgiving are to do a 6 minute mile, bear crawl 100 yards (length of soccer field), 100 consecutive push ups and 20 consecutive pull ups.
I tested myself yesterday, Sunday October 5th.
I ran a mile in 6 minutes, 15 seconds, I bear crawled about 60 yards, I did 6 pull ups and 52 push ups. So I have a bit of work to do.

Thanks for sharing your workout with us!!It is good to see that what you chose is actually hard for you!!WoW!!Crawling the length of the football field is a big task as well as the chin-ups!!Way to go with the pushups!! Today, I reached up to 20 push-ups(Marylin-where are you?)35 squats,35 step-ups,30 dips-Whew!!For me that gets my heart rate up!!Thanks for your motivation!!Helen

I’m in on the Chin-up challenge. Zach Even Esh thinks he is going to beat us both. Getting a chin up bar for my house today so I can make sure to get in all the workouts.
