Pizza, Chocolate Pie and a Flat Stomach1 Comment
Hey! So as you may know, I’m going through my Abs Uncrunched program and I’m in week 3 of the program.
This past Saturday I ate a medium cheese pizza and a chocolate cream pie as my reward meal. But already I’m noticing a difference as I’ve already burned off some belly fat and my stomach is flatter.
You see, you don’t want to deprive yourself of your favorite foods, even when your goal is to get a flat stomach or 6-pack abs. Your favorite foods can be a part of a supportive eating plan. Nutrition principle #5 in the Abs Uncrunched program: For one meal a week, eat your favorite foods. And boy did I make it count this past week.
