This is a quick fat burning workout, consisting of total body strength training and short, intense bursts of cardio.  Quick fat burning workouts, like this one, will do wonders at helping you get a flat stomach.

Here’s the workout:

10 Dumbbell Walking Lunges with Curls

20 Jumping Lunges

10 Dumbbell Walking Lunges with Curls

10 Dumbbell Squat Press to Push Up Row

20 seconds of High Knee Sprinting in place

Perform 3 rounds of this circuit as quickly as possible.
