Hi! I made this video for you. It’s just one exercise, but it’s a total body exercise that will help you get a flat stomach.
It will work your chest, back, arms, legs, abs, cardio…literally your entire body. If you are short on time, do this movement 10 times in a row and you’ll be winded, that’s for sure.
