Should You Eat “Low Carb?”2 Comments
Recently I’ve talked a lot about not eating sweets and sugars, processed white breads and even cereals and wheat bread. So you may be wondering, what carbs CAN I eat, or should I be eating a “low carb” diet?
Well the fact is, you might not be needing to eat as many carbs as you are right now, but there are still plenty of delicious carbs that you can, and should, eat. It was when I nearly eliminated all of the above foods from my diet that I really started to get my stomach flat and my abs to show. Of course, you should be eating plenty of fruits and vegetables, but I’m sure you know that already.
Here are some other carbs that you should include in your diet:
brown or wild rice
barley
millet
quinoa
oatmeal
rye
spelt
sweet potatoes
beans (all varieties)
What I recommend that you do next is watch this presentation. It will tell you more about the types of carbs to eat and the best time to eat them.
Enjoy your day!

I prefer to keep my carbs quite low, mainly because I just don't enjoy much in the carb world but I have also eliminated all grains because I don't think gluten and the toxins in grains are very good for you. I also feel leaner and less bloated on a mainly animal products diet.

I just watched your presentation and I have to say this is wonderful priceless information. Finally somebody has the intestinal fortitude to tell it like it is. Ditch the bread and cereal rubbish you think is healthy! Real food has only one ingredient. This should be compulsory viewing for everyone. Keep up the excellent work.
