Watch Me Eat - Abs Uncrunched Show Episode 20

December 29th, 2008
· Filed Under: Abs Exercise · Abs Nutrition

OK so you’re not going to really watch me eat. Although that might be entertaining, you might soon tire of it. ;)

But, starting on January 5, you can follow me on Twitter and see exactly what I’m eating and what workouts I’m doing. You see, on January 5, I will be recording my diet and workouts on a service called Twitter (watch the video below for all the details). And you can follow right along, and even copy what I’m doing if you want.

I’ll be using the workouts in the Abs Uncrunched training program along with the diet found in the system. If you follow me on Twitter, you can see exactly what I eat and which workouts I’m doing. If you want to record your workouts and diet, I’ll be able to see what you’re eating and which workouts you’re doing. We can keep each other accountable. :)

If you want to do the exact same workouts, you’ll need to download a copy of Abs Uncrunched. Make sure you register for a free account on Twitter and then follow me. It’s that easy.

OK, watch this video for more details and for a great explanation of Twitter.

Have an amazing day.

Modifications of Abs Uncrunched Exercises - Abs Uncrunched Show Episode #19

December 26th, 2008

Hey Happy day after Christmas. I hope you had an amazing day with friends and family yesterday. :)

If you are currently going through the Abs Uncrunched training program, I want to show you a couple of things today. Even if you’re not in the program, this info will be useful to you as well in your own training. ;) If you are a beginner there may some exercises that are too advanced for you. Go ahead and watch the videos for a demonstration of each exercise in the program.

Now, if an exercise is too hard, please refer to the manual as I put lots of variations of specific exercises suitable for all levels (for example the push up). But if something is still too advanced for you, just ask me. That’s what I’m here for.

Today’s video shows you what you can do if the squat jump and step jump are too difficult for you. These are two of my favorite exercises, but can be a little difficult if you are brand new. So check out this video and I’ll show you exactly what to do instead if this is the case. :)

And I just want to emphasize that you won’t go through this process alone. I am here to support you on your journey.

Have an amazing day.

Scott

What to Expect With Abs Uncrunched

December 24th, 2008

Here it is on Christmas Eve.

Hopefully you’re not a last minute shopper like I am and have all your Christmas (or other holiday) presents purchased and wrapped.

Have you ever been tempted to buy something online, but you weren’t sure what exactly you were getting?

It happened to me just two days ago.

I was buying a toy online for my nephew Benjamin, called Hyper Dash.

I had no idea what the toy was really - I couldn’t tell from the description.

However the toy won several awards, it was a best-seller and had great reviews.

Then I stumbled upon a video of it so I could see it in action…and that was my ah-ha moment.

Now I knew EXACTLY what I was buying.

So then I got this brilliant idea - why don’t I make a video of Abs Uncrunched so you know exactly what you’re getting.

I mean after all, you may be having the exact same hesitations I had with this toy.

So I shot a video to show you everything you get once you become a member of Abs Uncrunched and purchase the system.

I hope this clarifies any questions you may have had.

And remember if you order Abs Uncrunched by midnight tonight (Christmas Eve - December 24), you’ll get 3 special live calls with me to help you with your special needs and help make you successful with the system.

It’ll be like having your own personal coach.

OK, go watch this video.

Have an amazing holiday.

The Youth Obesity Solution - Abs Uncrunched Show Episode #13

December 2nd, 2008

Youth Obesity Solution

Hi folks,

We have a growing problem in our society.

“This is the great single tragedy facing our society today,” says former President Bill Clinton.

I’m talking about youth obesity.

This epidemic is increasing at an alarming rate.

Fortunately, Brian Grasso has come up with a solution guaranteed to fix the greatest crisis that’s facing your family.

I’ll be interviewing Brian on a live teleseminar Wednesday, December 3 at 4:00 pm Eastern, 3:00 pm Central, 1:00 pm Pacific and you’ll get the chance to ask Brian your questions about the youth obesity crisis.

Here’s what I need you to do:

1) Watch the video below as I talk a bit about the obesity epidemic and share an experience where I had the recent opportunity to work with some teenage girls in a foster home to bring exercise into their lives.

2) Get ready for the teleseminar with Brian Grasso by asking your questions now and getting all of the details of the call.

3) Help Brian bring an end to youth obesity by taking a peak at The Youth Obesity Solution.

I’ll talk to you on the call.

Abs Uncrunched Show Episode 2 - Doctor Recommends Eating Cookies For Weight Loss

November 5th, 2008

A doctor recommends eating cookies for Weight Loss.

Have you seen this latest diet fad?

I was minding my own business last Thursday, surfing the internet as usual :) when I come across the headline that said a doctor was recommending actually eating cookies to lose weight.

I couldn’t believe what I was reading, so I had to investigate more.

Now there is a diet where you can eat some of your favorite foods that I am following until Thanksgiving.

But it doesn’t allow you to eat cookies every day!

Apparently this diet was invented quite some time ago by a doctor, but it made a local morning show out of Arizona.

Of course Yahoo and other news affiliates were quick to jump on the bandwagon for this latest diet fad like they always do.

One news show even promoted it by showing overweight women stuffing themselves with Oreos saying “imagine losing 15 pounds every month while eating cookies.”

Well, with further investigating, it turns out the cookies don’t even taste that great according to the doctor himself!

There are more major problems with the diet.

Watch this video about this diet of eating cookies and see why dietitians call it unhealthy.

And please leave your comments. Are you as sick of these diets as I am? I would love to know.

Have an amazing day.

Scott

Please note: My initial video was removed as I received a letter from the law firm representing this company that promotes eating cookies to lose weight threatening legal action.

Abs Uncrunched Show Episode #1 - How Does Diet Affect Your Workouts?

November 3rd, 2008

Today is episode #1 of my brand new Abs Uncrunched Show.

As I’ve mentioned recently, we’re in a dangerous time of the year. Halloween just came and went and Thanksgiving is around the corner.

Holiday weight gain season is here and many Americans gain 8-10 pounds of ugly fat.

NOW is the time to set some performance and diet goals - ones that you can achieve by Thanksgiving.

My performance goals are to do 20 pull ups, 100 push ups, run a 6-minute mile and bear crawl the length of a soccer field by Thanksgiving.

Now, I’ve discovered that the quality of my training is really affected by my diet - specifically how nutrient rich my diet is.

So I am pledging to really clean up my diet fore the next 21 days as I train to reach my performance goals.

A trip to Whole Foods this morning was a great start.

Just take a look in today’s episode…
