I interviewed my good friend, Scott Tousignant, creator of Unstoppable Fat Loss, as we took some of YOUR questions on "how to stay motivated" and answered them.

"I tried so many diet and exercise programs but only successful stay motivated for few weeks. After that, I’m back to my old habits and start eating unhealthy and impulsive again. How do I keep on my program without falling off the wagon? Please help."

"How do I stay motivated after I reach my goal - it’s as though whenever I reach the goal, I give myself permission to slide a little because it won’t have much of an effect. Until I yo-yo back where I was!"

"How do you get yourself to work out hard if you are working out alone? I have problems doing intervals since I can’t seem to make myself bump the intensity."

"I am 55 have been going to gym about 6 years but for past 3 years maybe 2 days a week for one thing I cant see any results anymore AND it is so hard to get up at 4:00 and be at gym by 6:00 I have the desire and I know at my age I REALLY need to go"

"How can i get back to being motivated after being stressed out"

Hi!

Today’s Daily Shot of Motivation comes from John Riccio.

John was born with Cerebral Palsy, has gone through 49 surgeries and actual died at one point before being brought back to life.

And that’s not even half the story. If you think that you’ve got obstacles in your way that are preventing you from achieving fat loss success, boy are you ever in for an awakening.

With all these challenges and so called ‘limitations’ that John has been faced with, he still beats able bodied people in body building competitions and has peaked at under 4% body fat.

In this short audio clip from the Unstoppable Fat Loss interview that Scott Tousignant did with John Riccio you will hear how he could easily allow himself to use all the challenges in his life as an excuse for not being able to get in great shape, but instead he overcomes those challenges to help teach you that any limitation can be overcome.

How You Can Help Wipe Out Obesity

Happy Friday!

I’ve got great news to share with you. A strategy has been developed to wipe out obesity from the face of this planet. However, it requires your help. Yes YOU - I’m asking you to please get involved.

I don’t know if you know this or not, but there have been predictions by health researchers that by the year 2015, three quarters of North America will be obese.

We can’t let this happen. I can’t and neither can you.

My good friend Scott Tousignant has developed a plan to wipe out obesity. Poof! Gone!

He has asked me for my help and of course, I’m in!

For this to work, we need your help too.

So, the first 3 things I would like for you to are the following:

1) Scott Tousignant has written The Obliterate Obesity Report. What I would like you to do is to go to Scott’s website - Unstoppable Fat Loss, download the report, and read it. You’ll have to enter in your name and email address, so Scott knows where to send the report. By the way, when you request the report, Scott will also send you an mp3 file on how to have Unstoppable motivation.

2) Scott and I did a short interview about his plans to obliterate obesity, get rid of it altogether, and what you can do to help. We need your help. Please listen to the interview below.

3) Please share your comments on the blog about what you plan to do to help us, or any questions you might have. Or maybe you have some of your own great ideas on how to get rid of obesity. Unstoppable Abs

I recently did an interview with Scott Tousignant, the Creator of Unstoppable Fat Loss, and I thought it was pretty powerful so I wanted to share it with you. Especially since we just kicked off January and are beginning a new year with new dreams and goals, this is a perfect audio to listen to. I’ve already listened to it several times myself (not to hear my own voice, mind you, but because Scott reveals some powerful advice). : )

He talked about how and why your mindset, your support team and your values and philosophies are just as important as your exercise and nutrition. Scott also talked about some incredible people he has learned from. People that have been near death or who have undergone 49 surgeries due to cerebral palsy…people who may have endured much more than you or I (certainly more than me). These people have become unstoppable in anything that they do and are a part of Scott’s Unstoppable Fat Loss Program, an inspirational audio series that I recommend that you take a peek at.

By the way, this interview was part of my Amazing Abs Formula teleseminar series, so you may have already heard it. But I would encourage you to listen to it over and over again because it’s powerful stuff.
