Interesting what you choose to eat for breakfast!Sounds yummy but this is a meal I would do for dinner as for me my stomach can&#039;t handle all that food in the morning so I choose to have just fruit smoothies as I was taught in my nutrition course that our bodies are cleansing from 4:00 am until 11:00 am and to encourage it instead of stopping it it was suggested to have cleansing foods in the morning like your fruits!For me with this breakfast my energy would be for 15 minutes and then I would have to have a nap but for me with my fruit my energy is strong until well into the late afternoon!!Thanks Scott for letting us know your breakfast!!It certainly is healthy!!Helen</description>
