The McDonald’s Workout5 Comments
Did you ever think you’d see someone workout in the parking lot of McDonald’s?
Well leave it to me to do just that. : )
This was a fun video I put together a couple of years ago.
Some of you have seen it and some of you haven’t.
Sorry for the darkness of the video.
I hope my videos are much better now.
This was just my way of showing you that you can workout anywhere…even in the parking lot of McDonalds.
Hey who says you have to go to McDonalds to eat and gain weight?
Why don’t you go there and get in a workout.
Here’s what I did…
10 modified pull ups
10 push ups
10 curb jumps
as many rounds as you can in 5 minutes.
Enjoy! And please leave your comments about this crazy video. What did you think of it? Do you have any other crazy places you want me to shoot a workout video?
Have an amazing day.
Scott

I was working as a Manager for McD’s when I was in college. I’ve never seen anyone workout in the parking lot and if I did, I think I would’ve laughed. Obviously, back then, I didn’t care much about fitness.
I found this video very entertaining, actually, all of your videos are very educational. Keep them coming.

Very good effort and the pictures illustrate the ease with which exercise can be done outdoors. Please allow me a humble suggestion…it is better to do the camera work early in the norning before the sun is directly over head or shoot the camera away from the sun. The exception to this is if you have daylight filters.
I will be trying some of these exercise .
Thank you!

Hi Scott!
You are too cute!!!.. Even in the dark, I could see that you made tremendous use of a fast food restaurant parking lot. I think If anyone, has the urge to get some fast food, instead of going to eat in the establishment, they should pack their own healthy meal, and ride their bike to the nearest fast food joint, with a parking lot, take some exercise bands, or a jump rope, and make proper use of the space. You, really made me laugh, however, amongst my snickers, was a serious fitness guru, who got many good messages from your video. As far as where you should go to workout next, I would say, for you or anyone, get on your bike or walk to the nearest fast food place, and do a quick workout. After all, the bike will provide the cardio, and when you get to the fast food destination, you can do some strength training. I would say, get a map, and try to find a fast food place, just a little further away from the last one. Scott, you’re the best! Keep up the good work……love, Barbie Ann
