I wanted to give you my top 12 foods that will help you burn belly fat.
If you make these foods the heart of your eating program, you will whittle your waist in no time.
Some of these foods have side-kicks that are also great.
For example, walnuts are a good side-kick to almonds, strawberries are a great side-kick to blueberries, etc.
1) Almonds
2) Black Beans
3) Spinach
4) Blueberries
5) Oatmeal
6) Eggs (I eat whole eggs by the way)
7) Sweet Potatoes
Peanut Butter
9) Olive Oil
10) Lean Turkey
11) Whey Protein
12) Low Fat Yogurt (also low in sugar)
Surround the majority of the diet with these foods and let me know your results!

The Goji berry is a *proven* eliminater of belly fat. I would add that to your list. The Goji berry is miracle food of the highest order.

Hi Travis – I like peanut butter for its heart healthy momounsaturated fats. Its higher in calories so don’t overeat it. I would recommend an almond butter or a peanut butter with no hydrogenated oil and little to no sugar.

what are your sources/published studies that say goji berry are a “proven” eliminator of belly fat?
i have found absolutely nothing that says that it is nothing other than a great antioxidant that resembles a raisin (also in sugar content that will be processed as a sugar and could lead to belly fat). i am curious to see the studies.

Whey protein is the worst thing you could eat. It’s not one of the healthiest foods out there. All the whey protein companies are crooks. It is not regulated by the FDA and the companies can say and market anything they like.
How do you get a pure protein 100% with Vanilla, Strawberry and/or chocolate? I love how these companies can make claims that are outrageous.
Just eat lean organic chicken.

Yes peanut butter is rather fattening, however it is a good source of protein for your muscles (even your abdominal muscles).

Whey protein has to be used correctly. DON'T over do it. It can cause kidney stones and actually make you gain weight. Cardio is a must in your diet. Just walking 30-45 minutes will go a long way. I eliminated protein powders in my diet. Instead of powders I eat cottage cheese and plain fat free greek yogurt with whole grain flax seeds and fruits. Tastes great and healthier than protein powders, in my opinion.
