Watch Me Eat – Abs Uncrunched Show Episode 203 Comments
OK so you’re not going to really watch me eat. Although that might be entertaining, you might soon tire of it.
But, starting on January 5, you can follow me on Twitter and see exactly what I’m eating and what workouts I’m doing. You see, on January 5, I will be recording my diet and workouts on a service called Twitter (watch the video below for all the details). And you can follow right along, and even copy what I’m doing if you want.
I’ll be using the workouts in the Abs Uncrunched training program along with the diet found in the system. If you follow me on Twitter, you can see exactly what I eat and which workouts I’m doing. If you want to record your workouts and diet, I’ll be able to see what you’re eating and which workouts you’re doing. We can keep each other accountable.
If you want to do the exact same workouts, you’ll need to download a copy of Abs Uncrunched. Make sure you register for a free account on Twitter and then follow me. It’s that easy.
OK, watch this video for more details and for a great explanation of Twitter.
Have an amazing day.
Scott

Hi Scott and thanks for the tips.
One way I get a good workout from a walk is to listen to some good music which is set about 120-130 beats a minute. I keep in time with it and walk a part of my neighbourhood which has some steepish hills.
I keep the pace both up and down hill. I never knew walking was such intense exercise till I started doing this.
Keep up the good work.
Cheers
