Watch Me Peel A Banana Like A Monkey2 Comments
Hey – I didn’t realize that for all these years I was peeling bananas the wrong way. It wasn’t until recently that I learned how monkeys peel bananas, and this way is much easier.
I want to share this new found wisdom with you so I made a video which you can see below

Dear Scott,
I have a question for you: Could you give me just the diet/detox information? I have seen some of your exercises. Some of those would put me in traction. I have a degeneration in the cartilege ib my neck. I have to be very careful as to what exercises I do because it can cause permanent damage. It also can cause extreme pain down my spinal column.
I am exercising, carefully. I have lost a little weight. But I also have had to relize that I will have to go about it slowly, and carefully. I am trying to maintain a ballanced diet, but would like to compare my efforts to your plan and ajust accordingly for better results.

PS I've seen monkeys eat bananas. I have also seen young hominids raid a kitchen. I raised 3 of these, with the rest of their troop.
