Hi, I have been trying to workout on a regular basis and to eat well, but it's proving really difficult. I'm a freshman in college and although I haven't gained the freshman 15 (thank goodness, knock on wood) I still would like to be fit and more toned for swimsuit season (especially going to college in Florida) what tips to you have to making a program and sticking to it? My main issue is not knowing what to eat with what's offered here... mostly hamburgers, sandwiches etc. I appreciate it!

Wonderful work so far! I think your blog is one of the most interesting sites I've used.
I really agree with 'AH', wondering if there is a way to lose fat at only the right places

Yes, I'd like to know HOW DO YOU MAKE ANY MONEY DOING YOUR BUSINESS THIS WAY!
I mean, you GIVE AWAY all your info. in
your blog. I know you have a program you
sell, but I can't imagine that it would
have much more than what you're already
putting out there FOR FREE. Well, how-
ever you're doing it, kudos to you. I've
recently posted a lot of free training
videos on You Tube (under ALPHA OMEGA
Training Video) partly in hopes of gen-
erating some business. The only problem
is that most of the views are for enter-
tainment purposes more than instruction!
The key is to integrate the two AND get
people curious enough to invest money in
your program (That's what I think anyway).

Always more nutrition stuff is good - the more science to it, the better. Some competition-type sample menus or rapid fat loss while maintaining muscle mass nutrition stuff would be great.

I appreciate your good advice, and need constant encouragement...As a 64-year-old woman, more or less in shape and active since I lost my fat in my late 20s, and always fine-tuning my knowledge and practice, I'd like to see any or all information for folks like me. I'm not a "Geezerjock," to cite a popular magazine, never was an athlete. Recently I bought Turbulence Training, and tried that bodyweight method, and dropped my usual gym machine workout, and with the winter blahs, completely lost it. Gained a bunch of weight. Apparently I must not weigh enough to get anywhere with those beginning exercises, compared to Cybex [boring]. Any ideas? Thanks for your good work, Leah P.S. my computer is too slow for videos or audios. Verizon "can't afford" DSL here.

Hi Scott,
First off........thanks for all the great info up to this point. I don't always get a chance to practice what you preach but I will continue to work on that.
I am in my late 40's and have just started to run about a year ago. I also play hockey and X-country ski in the winter and golf and bike in the summer.
I really enjoy your videos as they show me the exact way the exercises should be performed.
Keep showing lots of videos especially ones that will help improve the various sports I participate in.

Thanks again

No to success stories. Yes to your short
excellent videos. I would like to learn what is an appropriate meal to have pre-workout and ditto post-workout with guidelines on timing. Also how much time to spend on cardio-vascular excersise and how much on weight training. I am 65 and can manage some of your excersises but find others difficult. I think I might need to understand how to progress throught increasing levels of excersise. Thank you for your help.

I'd like to advise my son and his high school pals on ab exercises that improve traditional athletic performance (football, wrestling, baseball, etc.). Appearance is secondary. Is there even a difference in approach to appearance versus performance? (Your videos age great!) Thank you.

First: Thanks for asking for our/my interests. Second: I'm still searching for a way to shape the body in a way - especially relevant for woman - to loose fat at the right locations of the body, and not e.g. at the breast. Everytime during exercising at a high level, I loose constantly fat starting from the top.
