Hello;

Interesting that a guy would know about women's nutrition!!Interesting that our bodies thrive on whole foods and it lets us know when we are nutritionally deficient..whole organic foods is what I eat with sprouted bread..yummy!!Helen

Thanks for the info Scott and Jayson!

I have been seriously weight training for about 2 years now and have gone down from post baby 33% body fat to 17% body fat. I weight train 3x a week and then spin 2x a week. My question for you is should I still have the same nutrient ratio of 30:50:20 (p, c, f) if I am trying to build muscle? I've gotten to the point where I am trying to tinker with the nutrition to get the results I want. I have been doing 40:40:20. My goal is to get down to 14% body fat but I just can't seem to break the 17% mark. My dilemma is trying to get the right formula where I can burn some more fat and still gain some muscle. I've been able to burn fat and build lean muscle mass in the past but these last few percentage points have been very elusive! Thanks for your help!

Sometimes a girl just needs something sweet and fruit just isn't going to do it. What can we eat?
