Your Missing Link to Getting Six-Pack Abs
May 26th, 2008 · Filed Under: Podcasts
Howdy,
There is a critical element that not too many people are talking about when it comes to getting the body of your dreams including a flat stomach or six-pack abs.
It has nothing to do with your workouts, your diet or even your mindset.
And yet it may be the most critical element of them all.
Anytime you’ve been successful in life, you’ve used this tool, whether it’s graduating from school, completing a project at work, or winning a game in an athletic competition.
And yet, so many people are not using it when trying to change their bodies, and I’m not sure why.
I brought in my great friend Scott Tousignant, author of The Fit Chic, to discuss this critical missing link.
I would love to hear your comments as this may be one of the most important calls I’ve done.

Scott T. raises, but only barely addresses, the problem of eating “clean” when others in the household don’t need to or don’t care to. Scott C. advises that we clear out our refrigerators and cupboards of problem foods, to “deliver us from temptation.” But this is not fair to others in my family who don’t care to share my diet. What to do?

Hello Fellows;
A great interview!In a society where there is so much fighting and chaos it is refreshing to hear how Scott & his wife are working together to provide a safe and empowering environment for their children because it is true that children are affected by what they see their parents do or don’t do..thanks for the reminder that it is up to us adults to be role models not only for our own children but for others we may be responsible for and to teach them by
example how to live with love instead of chaos. Exercise is being replaced with game boys,play stations,computers,etc and society as a whole is suffering by violence and chaos..we have the power to choose what
level of health we want to acquire and this affects those who are the closest to us.If we choose to live unhealthy then our relationships are probably unhealthy as well and how we feel affects those we are the closest to. Great success and great accomplishment Scott..thanks for sharing..Helen Cowan
