Hello Fellows;
A great interview!In a society where there is so much fighting and chaos it is refreshing to hear how Scott & his wife are working together to provide a safe and empowering environment for their children because it is true that children are affected by what they see their parents do or don't do..thanks for the reminder that it is up to us adults to be role models not only for our own children but for others we may be responsible for and to teach them by
example how to live with love instead of chaos. Exercise is being replaced with game boys,play stations,computers,etc and society as a whole is suffering by violence and chaos..we have the power to choose what
level of health we want to acquire and this affects those who are the closest to us.If we choose to live unhealthy then our relationships are probably unhealthy as well and how we feel affects those we are the closest to. Great success and great accomplishment Scott..thanks for sharing..Helen Cowan

Scott T. raises, but only barely addresses, the problem of eating "clean" when others in the household don't need to or don't care to. Scott C. advises that we clear out our refrigerators and cupboards of problem foods, to "deliver us from temptation." But this is not fair to others in my family who don't care to share my diet. What to do?
